Alternative dispute resolution
ANPC provides the Romanian Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism, known as SAL. Information is available at anpc.ro/sal, and the current electronic SAL platform is available at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so this site does not link to the obsolete ODR complaint platform.
